> Truss Design Quality Control: After the layout and engineering of a new order has been completed, all orders are reinspected for accuracy prior to submission to the production department. Truss designers work in teams to complete the reinspection process and are held accountable for any mistakes.
> Weekly Quality Control Meetings: Each Monday the EVP of Operations along with the VP of Design, VP of Production, Scheduler and Quality Control Manager meet to review all quality issues from the prior week. Continual improvement is sought in all areas of TMC’s operation.

> State of the Art Technology: In October 2005, TMC became the first company in Indiana to invest in The Koorsen Connector Plate Detector® an electronic connector plate detector which automatically detects missing or misaligned truss plates. TMC has upgraded our sawing capacity with our new computer controlled saws that provide precision cutting accuracy in order to insure the highest levels of structural integrity. Finally, TMC utilizes design and engineering software from a leading supplier in the truss industry to insure that all designs not only meet the latest building codes, but are constructed as cost effectively as possible. |
